Zirndorf Academy
Sarengue® – also in your area!
Thanks to the reports in some media, we received a lot of inquiries by potential participants from all over Germany who complained about not having a Sarengue® center next to their home: Everybody who can imagine him- or herself to run their own center, has a medical profession and an affinity to music may apply for the education to become a Sarengue® instructor at Sarengue®-Academy Zirndorf!
We are looking forward to your application!
The introduction into the Sarengue® program is very important – for beginners as well as for advanced dancers. During these 30 minutes the “new ones” are introduced into the different steps and movements. Each participant is instructed individually according to their clinical picture and fitness state.
Although Sarengue® moves seem to be easy to learn, you still could take harm if you move incorrectly. Or you then might just have listened to some hot music without achieving any success. As in today`s society the number of people suffering from back pain or knee problems increases, it is very important for us to help the participants carry out the exercises properly. All the movements and the muscles engaged when exercising these movements are explained in detail and the participants` attention is drawn to wrong moves and incorrect posture that might go along. This is the only way of being successful in building up muscles, reducing weight, etc.
The dress code: comfortable clothes (sportswear) and solid shoes with smooth soles (no trainers) or thick wool socks (no non-slip socks).

That is what motivates us as Sarengue® instructors:
Sarengue® = simply perfect for me (!) – so perfect that I have now been doing the trainer license! I am looking forward to thrilling people interested in Sarengue® – now also in my function as a trainer – for this great muscle building activity program!
Hilde
My great passion is dancing and sport. Sarengue® combines these two worlds perfectly. I would like to pass on the passion I feel to other people and motivate them to escape from the everyday life by having fun practicing the moves.
Angelika
So, I really and truly can recommend Sarengue®. I am deeply grateful to Alex. Thanks to her and Sarengue®, I felt good during this illness and never thought of giving up.
Stephi
Still doing sports activity after a hard day`s work? But fitness is so important! Thanks to Sarengue® I am able to vanquish the inner temptation regularly – because the music, the group and the trainer team motivate enormously and it is simply fun and improves the mood. I realize good results for myself and I was convinced and impressed professionally by the joint-friendly exercises. Thus a professional education to become a Sarengue® instructor at Alex` was just the next consequent step for me. It is so nice when many people benefit from Sarengue®.
Renate
As a Sarengue® trainer I have the privilege and I am happy to do something good to my health. Thanks to my training to become an instructor at Alexandra`s in Zirndorf, the malformation of my hips could be recognized at an early stage and it could be counteracted with the Sarengue® program.
Helene
I started with Sarengue® in May 2015 upon recommendation by someone from another sports group. Starting with I was “infected” from the first hour. Sarengue® just makes me happy, is beneficial to my body and clears my head from everyday stress. I am pleased to pass on my enthusiasm.
Astrid
I have had spinal problems for the last 5 years. Since I have been practicing Sarengue® intensively 3 times a week, twice of which doing Sarengue® standard program and once Power-Sarengue® plus, I am almost pain-free. Thus I decided to complete my license as a trainer in order to be able to help other people, too!
Christine
Why I became an instructor? It is because I am amazed and totally inspired by Sarengue® and I am able to impart well my own passion to other people. Each time I put my heart and soul into it and I like to support the participants from the very beginning and of course later on, too. Viva la vida, viva la Sarengue®!
Anna
Why I do Sarengue®? My aim: I want to stay healthy. And this is only possible when doing regular and efficient movements … but at least accompanied by really good music for the soul … The result: What can I tell you, my back and me, we are better than ever!!!
