Sarengue® Gold is ideal for people interested in not standing in an upright posture for a complete hour, especially when having problems in their knee joints. It is particularly for people suffering from knee problems that is was developed. However, Sarengue® Gold is not a work-out that is less effective than Sarengue®.
Partly, the muscles are trained differently, but not less intensively. There is no need to bear the weight of your own body by your feet or your knees. Thanks to the intensive muscle and pelvis work-out Sarengue® Gold is suitable for cancer patients who are still a little bit weak when standing, but who can obtain an excellent lymphatic flow through the pelvis and legs` work-out in the lower extremities and the intensive arm work-out in the upper extremities. For birth preparation and as pelvic-floor exercises training postpartum, e.g. after the child`s birth, Sarengue® Gold is also ideal for the pelvis work-out on a Pezzi® ball. From a medical point of view Sarengue® Gold is therefore an ideal complement to Sarengue®!
